Conference Cost

The conference cost is 10,000 Naira for Monday June 25 to noon Thursday June 28, if payment is received by Monday, June 18.

The registration fee after June 18 is 11,000 Naira. Payment can be made at the door, but you still must pre-register to gain access to the IITA campus.

This cost does not include transportation to and from the event, meals or lodging.

Group Diiscount

If more than two people register from the same organization, the registration fee for the third and any additional persons is N7000 each for advance registration and N8000 after June 18.

Payment Alternatives

Payment can be made by Western Union. Please first complete the registration form, then call Ade at 234-2-08054068141 to arrange details of the funds transfer.

Transportation

If arriving by air to Lagos, let AGSVL know. We will attempt to arrange group transportation from Lagos to the conference site. Please let us know of your travel details by completing the Contact Us from on this website.

Meals

Meals are available on site. If staying at I-House, breakfast is included with the room cost on weekdays. Meals are available from 400 to 700 Naira for lunch or dinner at the I-House resturant or cafeteria.

Scholarships

A limited number of scholarships are available by conference organizers for those in ministry positions for the registration fee only. Transportation, lodging and meals are on your own. A scholarship application form will be available soon.
